This song is famous as standard number of the jazz.
This song was made in 1954, the premiere was sung in cabaret "Blue Angel" of New York.
Afterwards, Frank Sinatra covered it, and was made a hit explosively.
In the 1960s when Sinatra sang this song, the United States of America was in the center of the Project Apollo, so "Fly me to the moon" was an event approached very much to the neighborhood in the near future.
Therefore "Fly Me to the Moon" was treated like the theme song of a kind of times, and this led to a hit of this song.
The tape of the Sinatra version was loaded onto Apollo 10 .11, and it became the first music that the human brought into the moon.
It was really difficult to catch and sing the song, especially the second line was.
In discussing about whether this song was a man viewpoint, or a woman viewpoint, one of the participants said "It is a woman viewpoint because it is difficult for a woman to take a man to the Moon", and all understood.
